# 506.2 Allowable area determination

I think there is an error on [Initial Code Analysis - Area](https://learn.blackspectacles.com/videos/initial-code-analysis-area)

To determining allowable building area using table 504 of the IBC, we don’t use Total gross Area (as shown on the video) but each story gross area
