Architect as Constructability Reviewer

Hi @ylouka! I have a question regarding the question below:

“What project delivery method is most applicable for the architect to act as constructability reviewer?”

To my understanding the “constructability reviewer” is typically someone with deep knowledge of the construction industry and its practices brought on to review drawings for, well, constructability.

While I would agree that the CMc model (followed most closely perhaps by Design Build) provides ample opportunity for constructability review, I can’t imagine this would be a scenario “for the architect to act as constructability reviewer”. Isn’t that what the CM is for? (see CM explanations from an earlier question in the practice test)

Looking forward to your (or anyone else’s) help on this!

Thanks!
