# C401: Sharing professional credit for the project

highlighted portion:  
the answer verifies the prompt but also calls it as incorrect. Please clarify!

The “C” forms are for agreements between the Architect and their consultants, not the Architect and the Contractor. I don’t know of any form that constitutes an agreement between the Architect and the Contractor unless it’s some form of Design-Build or Integrated PD agreement.
