Exam 1 - question 63 one of the answer states that Struck Joint shed water ineffectively.
Exam 3 - question 25 the answer states that Struck Joint is the best choice to allow rain water to run off.

I’m really confuse, can you please clarify this issue?

thank you

@PurpleHair It’s me again. 🖐🏻

The tests are randomized for each user so what you see as question 25 and 63 are not what I see for those same questions. That said, I can answer the overarching question you have: a struck joint is NOT good for shedding water. In fact, due to water seepage issues at the lower edge of these joints, this joint isn’t even recommended for exterior use. If shedding water is of concern, the best joint solutions would be either concave or flush.

I’m going to get my hands on the erroneous question so we can fix it on this end because we do not want to confuse or misinform any user.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention!
