# PJM Form 1 Question 16: Exhibit Didn't Show Up

This might be more of a technical issue, but I wanted to put this here in case anyone else had the same problem. When taking the practice exam AND when reviewing my answers, an exhibit just never appeared.
I thankfully got it right on a guess ( 🙂), but as this topic is one I struggle with a bit, it would be nice to be able to see the chart I would’ve needed for the question.

Hi @dabe ! Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry for the technical issue you experienced.
Can you please send me a private message with more information about this practice exam question (content of the question, screenshot)? The questions shuffle each time, so it likely won’t appear as Question #16 again and I’ll have a difficult time finding it. Alternatively, you can email this information to [support@blackspectacles.com](mailto:support@blackspectacles.com) so that we can get the issue resolved. **Please do not post any screenshots of paid content publicly to this forum.**

Hi, I had this same issue on the first quiz I took.
On the second one, only the “drag and place” questions were interactive. All the other questions did not accept any input, and I was scored accordingly. Please LMK how to fix this.

Hi Kiara,
It was the second quiz in the PDD section. ALL the non drag-and-place questions were unavailable for any interactive response. I could only highlight answers, but there was no interaction; it’s as if I were highlighting any section of this message: nothing happens.
I also experienced various issues with the first quiz in the PDD section.
At this time I do not feel confident in taking the quizzes, as they are recording completely erroneous scores for me.

Hi @Wandakopecdesign,
Thank you for the additional information. I just tried this on my end and did not find any issues with PPD Section 2 Quiz. I was able to answer all item types appropriately and submit my answers, and was then provided with scores relative to my submission.
I recommend restarting your device, relauching your web browser, and clearing cache and cookies on your web browser; and then try to complete the quiz again.
