Question 4 option D, when would this be considered. Option E mentions the coordination of transfers, assuming it is referring to beam. I would have assumed it was referencing a transfer beam. Is that wrong?
Hello, for question 4, is it right to assume that if the contract is signed and the project is in progress, that it is never the right answer to “find another site“
