I’ve noticed different code analysis sequencing on different study guides.
From first to last
1-Occupancy classification
2-Fire sprinklers
3-Allowable height and area
4-Allowable construction type
Is this correct or do we even need to include fire sprinklers in this event?

@linda That sequence looks good to me! When looking at chapter 5 to determine the allowable building height and area, the two pieces of information that are key are the occupancy classification and whether or not the building is sprinklered. So yes absolutely include fire sprinklers they come into play in Table 504.3, 504.4, and 506.2.
