Has anyone made a best guess as to what parts of this section of code we should have memorized for the PA exam?
It is always my recommendation to not memorize any code information - instead, use your time to understand how to navigate the document and generally, what information lives where. ANSI is referenced by IBC for very specific requirements on how to make things accessible - use your time to build familiarity rather than memorizing every dimension given to you.
