Hello Kiara, thank you for response. I see the chat window but it only offers AI chat. I meant to talk to a real person. Or only email is for this?

@cezary.pruszkowski The chat uses an AI Agent to answer basic questions, but more complex questions get passed onto our human representative. Our Customer Support Team also reviews all interactions to ensure that accurate information is provided. Hope this helps!
