The answer: “Establish a contract between Architect and Consultant, using C401-2017 as the Prime Agreement between Owner and Architect” is noted to be correct.
In what scenario would you use C401 as an Owner-Architect agreement? Is this a typo?

Hi @jason1 welcome to the ARE Community. @coachchrishopstock will be able to help with this practice exam question.
Hi @jason1 - you have a good eye for catching this. We’ve removed the reference to C401 being used as the agreement between Owner and Architect, which should not have been there. C401 is used between Architects and Consultants.
Thanks again for bringing this to our attention and good luck in your studies!
