BlackSpectacles videos indicate an A233 is the associated general conditions contract for A133. However, according to A133 sample document online, A201 is actually used. I can not find a sample of A233 on line. Does A233 exist? Is there an error? Or is this a recent change to the AIA document suite for CMc?
hi there, I had memorized the same due to videos but on a practice question this actually came up and confused me as there was no A233 as an option for general conditions to pair w/A133. Per the AIA website A133 is paired with A201. See link below- Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Family
