I was reviewing the video, Contracts by Delivery Method, in PjM and working along with the PjM workbook. The video at 03:57 says the contract between Owner/CMc is C133 and the workbook says A133.I was thinking this may be a mismatch in content that wasn’t caught or am I missing something? I would think the contract between the Owner/CMc was A133 with A201 as General Conditions and B133 between Owner/Architect. This situation as a GMP with a fixed fee.
