Can you talk a little bit about how black spectacles supports expert members that have their subscription through their firm if the guided study process was completed and we still fail the exam? Do you still pay for the retake or is there another support that that members get?

Do you recommend answering the test questions in the order they appear, or starting with the case studies first?
Tip: Make a flashcard for every quiz and practice test question that you did not get right. Ask it in a way that makes you think.
