For Question 4a, the question states that it is fixed seating, but the answer used the unfixed number. It’s a little confusing.

Question 4 - Had the question been for a fixed seated scenario… the Section 1004.6 can you explain it generally?.. I would imagine fixed seating requires more space than non-fixed. Its references like that, that could me nervous on exam day.

would the vision triangle also need to be on the alley-south street? Since alley street would has a 5’ setback?

they addressed this - they meant to revise the question to say non-fixed seating so they could use the 7sf net number
