When most projects start, isn’t there typically a retainer invoice that is involved? In this case, we are to assume that retainers are not considered invoices, even though a payment is received to begin work.

Question 5 Is the CM brought in at the beginning of the project? Also isn’t the CM hired but the Client rather than the Architect?

CMAR (Design Build)

All help in cost estimating but the CM has the most control over the project and tends to help the client keep cost down. Generally better for a client who has experience in the construction field. That’s what I was thinking.

My last test is PDD. I find these mock exams for other sections helpful because there is always overlap between tests.
