If you see a literal number of days (like 30 or 10) then assume you are using calendar days. So, in your example above, Saturday is literally the contractural deadline. But, assuming you’re not working, you should have it done by Friday. It will be overdue if you wait until Monday.
I’d try not to think about ‘days’ as rounding. If you encounter a question about days I would first try to find that information directly in the A101, A201, or B101 while you’re studying to help you understand.
For example, check out section 8.1.4 from the A201 under Article 8 - “Time”. It clarifies directly that unless noted otherwise ‘days’ refers to calendar days.
