@msvdam So sorry about that! The addresses were included in Exercise A, but was mistakenly not added to Exercise B. I just added these to the scenario so you should see it now. Thank you for bringing it to our attention :slight_smile:

Question 2 and 3 have a different site area referenced in the site info :slight_smile:
Question 2 claims that the lot area is 46,768sf
Question 3 claims that the lot area is 45,780sf
but the site info says lot area is 45,780sf so it threw me off on question 2.

I was wondering the EXACT same thing. I tried to find 45,768sf somewhere different, but could not find it anywhere. Black Spectacles find advise!

I found that if you add up the parcel SF on the Parcel viewer, you get 46,768. But the site info reference claims it as 45,780. Since both values were used in different questions, is there a reason you would have to use one method over another?

I wonder the same thing. Lot size (adding up) is different from total gross area of the lot? Very confusing and misleading. Please clarify. Thanks
