Applying IBC and Local Codes During Development [Exercise B]

I can not find the parcel numbers or any indication of how to locate the parcel information.

Welcome to the Black Spectacles Community @gregory! Another member wrote in about this exact issue and I responded here. So sorry for the confusion!

Also just a heads up - we have dedicated community threads to each Real-World Practice exercise, which can you access by clicking on the Discuss in the Community button on your dashboard when completing the exercise. I encourage you to write in there so that you and fellow members and engage in related discussions

It seems like the parcels square footage shown on the website resource were not adding up to the same number shown for the answer. I added it up several times and they were close but were not the same exact number so it threw me off on some of the questions. For example: 301 W 9th St = 18,026.448 SF; 906 Central St = 6,493.435 SF; 910 Central St = 12,501.007 SF; 920 Central St = 9,747.474 SF which totals to 46,768.364 SF BUT in the scenario/answers it shows that the sum is 45,780 SF.

Hi @eweaver you’re absolutely right and thanks for bringing that to our attention! We’ve adjusted the answer and explanation accordingly.

Where did you get the FAR to be 3.5?
Floor Area Chart D Districts says the FAR for a D-15 should be 15.

I am also not familiar with the KC Zoning so can you provide that next time around? The NCARB practice test does not give you information that requires you to leave the testing site.
