In the schedule, “Month X, Week Y” should be interpreted as the milestone occurring by the end of that week. So when the answer says Month 7, Week 1, it means the DD phase should be completed by the end of Week 1 of Month 7.

For the second question, when the owner extends the review from 1 week to 4 weeks, that adds a 3-week delay, which pushes the CD completion date from Month 13, Week 3 to Month 14, Week 2. The key is to track how many weeks are added and then move the milestone forward accordingly.
