I was working on practice exam form 2 on a Case Study Question. The question. is how many hours per week can employee 4 devote to the project in order to stay on track for achieving the firm’s financial goals. In the math for the answer it takes the consultant Fee and distributes it across 8 “phases/ Line items” However the note at the bottom of the fee Distribution clearly states the consultant fee is equally distributed across the “Project Phases” Surely “Contingency” is a line item and not a phase?
