@ssteele QA would be a firm’s process for design quality. So it can be something as simple as having a process in place that would review documents from start to finish. We like to include our QA personnel early on in the bidding/proposal/contract writing. this ensures QA throughout the whole process resulting in a solid scope and accurate fee.
QM or sometimes referred to as Quality Control, would then be the actual review and redlining or documents before they leave the office.
