Retake- Reset CE Program

Good day all.
Anyone know how to reset the 30day program on the dashboard? I completed all the steps, I was short one question from passing. SO i want to redo the study challenge again. Is there a way to reset the whole CE program?

Hi @guzmanelsa85 you can reset the program by following these steps:

  • from your dashboard, click ‘change study mode’ under the division you want to take
  • choose ‘guided study process’ and press continue
  • choose the length of plan that you’d like to follow and press continue
  • if you’ve taken that course before using the GSP, our system will ask you if you want to migrate your progress or ‘start fresh’. Choose start fresh.
