Hi all, following up on a question that came up during a PcM workshop a few weeks ago about S-corps. The question was about whether employees of S-Corps need to be US citizens or resident aliens, as is a requirement for S-Corp ownership. I’m not able to find anything in the AHPP or online about employee requirements, so for the purposes of the PcM exam, just remember that one of the defining characteristics of an S-Corp is that the ownership of them takes the form of stockholders, no more than 100, all of whom must be US citizens or resident aliens.
