I’ve been using Black Spectacles for my past four exams and have passed all of them, so it’s been a great resource for me overall. However, I’m really struggling with the PPD and PDD video content. I’m finding the videos harder to follow compared to the earlier divisions.
I know PPD is expected to be updated before PDD, and I was wondering if there’s any timeline on when the updated PPD videos might be released. At this point, I’m having a difficult time getting through the current videos for these last two exams and wanted to see if anyone has insight or has felt the same way.

Our team is actively working on updated content for both PPD and PDD divisions, with PPD set to launch on January 19th! We understand that our members have been eager for this, so we are excited that the time is quickly approaching. Once our team launches PPD, full focus will be on getting PDD completed in the following months.
While I understand that the older video content may not be as easy to follow as our newer content, rest assured that they still align with NCARB’s learning objectives and are up-to-date with the current ARE standards.

Any update on when the PDD section will be revamped? The new videos and additional quizzes really helped me to pass my PPD exam.

At this time, we do not have a specific release date for PDD yet. However, know that our team is actively working on PDD content (and have been since wrapping up the PPD content), so it’s coming soon 
Once we have a better idea of timeline we will send a message out to members!

I am really struggling with the PDD video content and can’t wait until it gets updated. It’s really hard to follow a different format for this section. Please give us an update on timeline and I hope it’s very soon.
