Real world practice scenario : Addressing safety, progress, and claim issues (Excercise A)

Question 7 :

Contractor must cover costs if the work was concealed and architect uncovers it, if it conformed, contractor still covers the cost.

This goes against what i read in another section of BS, where if the work was conforming and architect asked the contractor to uncover it, the owner was billed the cost. Which is accurate? Is the difference between these conditions that the cost is covered by the owner if it was inspected and covered up and then the architect asks for it to be opened up again? @coachfelipeguerrero @coachgarricbaker

Thank you for the clarification!

Just a heads up - all Real-World Practice exercises have dedicated community threads where you can ask questions and engage in discussions with others. You can access the thread by clicking on the “Discuss in the Community” button on your dashboard, when completing an exercise.
