Does the 30day challenge include other study materials besides back spectacles? Do we only go through the day 1-day 30 videos? Should we study anything else beside the video lectures?
Welcome to the ARE Community @frj! We are happy to have you here and glad that you have joined the 30-Day Study Challenge.
Be sure that you are using the Guided Study Process mode in your dashboard, as this will organize all study materials into daily tasks for your 30-day study plan. You should be using all study materials available to you - videos, workbook, flashcards, quizzes, practice exams, and Virtual Workshops.

Am I using the correct study process?
@frj Yes, looks like you are using the correct study mode! You can see that in PcM Day 3, your tasks include 3 videos and 1 quiz break. Supplemental study materials are sprinkled throughout the study plan at appropriate intervals to help you solidify and recall what you’re learning in the videos.

New to BS. Is there a phone number to call and speak with someone directly? I have questions on how the flash cards work, where they are located and if they use the workbook info. I input and how it works on the app.

Flashcards appear inside your dashboard, and depending on your study mode they may be listed as a separate tool (Flexible Study) or included as part of your guided tasks (Guided Study Process). They are indicated as the key terms in your workbook and are covered in more detail within the videos.
