Architecture standard vernacular of "bi-weekly"

I encountered a question on the practice management exam that describes architects as meeting “bi-weekly.” According to dictionary language rules bi-weekly describes BOTH twice a week and once every two weeks.

Is there a standard in the architectural practice that bi-weekly means every other week as the commonly accepted meaning and not twice a week? If this comes up on the ARE it would be an easy way to get a question wrong for a silly reason.
