Question #2: would the question every be asking us to try to parse which items/delays might happen after substantial completion? For instance, pavers might not go in before occupancy and might not cause a delay to Substantial Completion? Would that be too many factors/pitfalls for these types of questions?

How do we determine that this is not a contractor-related miscommunication due to a misunderstanding of the CD set? This item is not clear.

Why are we adding the days back to back. Couldn’t they have the start days of the delay start at the same time?

If there is information in the drawings that conflicts with the specifications, which one would govern?
I failed the test; there were questions about ready specs, welding symbols, CSI Master Format, and commissioning. I have purchased other test books, as well, and found that these subjects were covered thinly. Can we have Live sessions on these items?

If the material is classified as a highly hazardous material, the contractor should not remove it. A specialized team with the appropriate training and certifications must handle its removal. Could you please clarify which hazardous materials require a specialist for removal?
