Good morning from Los Angeles!

Good afternoon from Manhattan!

Hello! From miami

Hello From NYC.

for question 1 it says net change so I didn’t include overhead and profit

I would assume the answer for question 1 would then ask for the gross amount, not net amount.

testing to ask question

for 3, would you recommend better to eliminate what we should know is not correct?

do you notify the owner for the nonconforming work first then contractor or copy them both in the email? the architect has a direct contract with the owner not the contractor…

wait. now im confused on 1a. why is not negative? because it said NET change? under what phrasing it would it be negative number/answer if at all.

we can come back at the end, so we can move forward with new questions. thank you.

  1. but if its stated as NONCONFORMING. i read as it doesnt meet Code. when does the exception/override applies?

oh. so nonconforming per the documents. but if it was Non-complying, i woudl override the owner. is that right?

#1 wouldn’t the net change be $1,800? $16,800 is the gross change, correct?

I think when it says architect prepares change order it means the architect will fill out G701 and G703, correct?

sorry i meant G701 is the change order

Thank you!. CE to go and my 15year odyssey will be fulfilled.
