can you please explain this window site visit question- I was having a hard time understanding what the window number 3 is. and the types of testing they did. What indicated that they didn’t install it properly? It is late-so maybe I am not fresh to understand this now. But this question was confusing. ( number 10 ex. A)

@sevanb On page 1 of the Waterproofing Field Report page 1 (item 1.21.20.1), note Test #3 where it describes the window test and findings, specifically the installation fail and building wrap defect. The subsequent pages provide additional information about the findings.
