During design development, the architect has been asked to perform a constructability review

One of the correct answers is:
Site selection
How is that possible? During DD shouldn’t we have already the site information?
How can we reach DD without having a site?
Thank you

Hello!

@coachchrishopstock do you mind helping @ylouka

Hi @ylouka thanks for your question!
We’ve updated this question slightly - what the question is implying is that the selection of a particular site (which we agree, happens earlier than DD) affects the constructability of the project. Things to consider are the accessibility of the site for trucking of materials, proximity to neighboring structures, location of the water table, etc.

Thank you for clarifying.
