Constructability Reviewer

The question asks what project delivery method is most applicable for the architect to act as constructability reviewer. The available options are: DBB, DB, Fast track, CM advisor

Why the correct answer is CM advisor? Isn’t the CM a constructability reviewer instead of the architect?

The explanation says CMc is evolved to address this new role for the architect. I don’t really understand. Could anyone explain?

I select Design Build because only in this delivery method the architect has something to do with the construction. In DBB it’s contractor’s responsibility, in CM it’s the CM’s responsibility.
