Not to be picky, but I thought I should add this note regarding a question on one of the practice exams:
I took a look at this, including the source specified by BS, and there is no indication anywhere that a Phase II ESA includes a remediation plan? Everything I have read suggests that a remediation plan is a subsequent step, though using the information gathered during the testing procedures of Phase II ESA.
