Figure 9.3 AHPP P 516 What is PR?

Hello,
In AHPP p 516 There is a chart on project delivery that has a legend for all terms but PR. It looks like maybe it would be the bid phase but I am not sure. Any ideas?

Thanks for your question! You are correct PR does stand for Proposal Request in this instance. I would also note for your studying that proposal requests are only necessary in the traditional delivery types as well as the CM-Adviser and CM-Agent. Proposal requests take place when awarding both contractors and sub-contractors. Thanks!
