Is this a typo in the mock exam?
Choose the three that apply.
It says gas is utility, but then it says incorrect.

Oops, that looks like a typo. Letâs let @Lara know so she can pass this along to the QA team. Thanks for bringing it up!
Thanks for catching this, weâll get it corrected. Thank you for helping us improve our practice exams!
Ok so we looked into this. While the question is tricky, it is accurate. Gas is a utility, not a service, therefore it is in fact an incorrect selection. The third correct answer that is missing from the screenshot is âUtility: Electrictyâ, which is true. So there are three correct options, gas is not a service, and the other two you had selected are correct.
Thanks for clarifying!
Absolutely!
@Lara, can you elaborate more. I also got this question wrong. I still donât understand why not gas. We also pay for gas bill. Should the question ask for Choose 4 instead of 3?
@helenayeo this question is asking you to correctly match the items with whether theyâre a utility or service. Utilities are things like gas and electric, while services are things like sanitation and the fire department. The choice âservice: gasâ is incorrect because gas is a utility, not a service.
