@coachdarionziegler Hi can you explain the refrigeration cycle for HVAC? The compressor and condenser, how it brings heat or cool. I’'ve looked at some diagrams but I’m still trying to understand how this works conceptually.

Oh boy, this is a good question… I think some of our old Youtube videos do a better job of explaining the refrigeration cycle better than I can over text. Give them a watch a link below and please let me know if you have any questions! I think this is one of those concepts that’s a lot easier to understand if you have someone actively talking about it and diagramming it in real time.
