I chose the answer that SCHEDULE was the most incomplete, because in the B101 it clearly defines how you have milestones defined. So why did I. get this wrong? @annarbrodersen I understand why “schedule” feels like the better answer, especially because B101 discusses schedules in terms of milestones and phased expectations. However, the key distinction in this question is that a schedule goal does exist (“occupy part of the building in one year”), even if it is vague.
