I do not understand where the answer gets these typical consultant fees $20k, 35k, 10k. The RFP does not mention the consultant’s fees.
Last, add the typical consultant fees per 10,000 square feet to the architect’s fee:
$69,000 + $20,000 + $35,000 + $10,000 = $134,000.
The consultant fees were located at the bottom of the “Typical Fee Breakdown” resource.
