If you get a Code Footprint Review done and stamped by a Licensed Architect on a series of plans drawn by a designer outside the firm for the local AHJ, does that also mean they are stamping the entire set of design plans? And if so, how does that work with errors and omission insurance? If the plans are built, could that designer be in trouble for practicing architecture?
