which shedule method best show relationships of tasks?crital path?
I would say that the critical path method (CPM) best shows the relationships of tasks compared with other scheduling methods. You can read more about this in The Architect’s Handbook of Professional Practice, 15th Edition, beginning on page 632.
The beauty of the CPM is that it links all of the required tasks in a project based on dependencies. For example, the CPM schedule would show that design development beginning is dependent on client approval of schematic design, which in turn is dependent on the architect completing the schematic design documents, and so on and so forth. Once all of the tasks are listed, with their various durations and dependencies, one can find the critical path of the project.
Hopefully this was helpful!
