Work plan schedules

There are 4 types of schedules Ghant chart, cmp, milestones, and wall chart.

For work planning which situations do the four schedules work best for.

Hi @James.D.Hawkins !

Great question! The CPM model and Gantt charts are the most commonly used. CPM models tend to be more complicated while Gantt charts are easier to visualize. The milestone chart is typically used for short duration projects with relatively few tasks to track and fees under $35,000. Wall schedules are a good tool for medium to large scale design projects and the best means to produce a project work plan integrating the tasks required for architects, consultants, clients, and contractors involved in the design process. I recommend reading more about these charts in the AHPP located on pages 632-634. Thanks!
