Architect's basic services in SD and DD phases

In a drag-and-fill question, Outline Specification was filled under Architect’s service during SD phase.

However, it is clarified in AIA B101-2017 3.3.1 that Outline Specification is included in DD document instead.

There isn’t another way to fill out the blanks in the question. But I hasn’t been able to find a supportive reference that Outline Specification is “known as a scope of work” (as per explanation of the question), or should be provided alternatively in SD phase.

Any helpful thought on this is appreciated!

Hi. I found the Outline Specification in the DD phase on the CSI Manual of Practice 4.2.3 as a record of design decisions and Owner requirements. I understand you record all the decisions and requirements during SD to be used as a tool in the DD phase.
