Hi Darion,
I struggled with the question on the labor, because since the multiplier and overhead, profit etc are already considered to be included in the billable rate, the question provided the information to answer the question(s), so I felt like there is something to this I may have missed. I also second guessed myself on the question asking when is the architect responsible for providing a construction estimate. I thought it was only once before the Prime Agreement is signed, during/before the Procurement Phase. Thank You!

@clifford.marvin that’s totally understandable and we hope this exercise helps! most people taking the ARE don’t have experience with firm staffing, so this is challenging to many. You’re not alone!
