Just getting my bearings in 00 and 01.
Can anyone explain why Change Orders show up in both 00 and 01?
I’m also seeing CCDs in both.

@aidenjh Division 00 holds the legal/contractual forms (the actual instrument to be signed), whereas Division 01 contains the procedural requirements (the specification language telling the parties how/when to use the instrument).
