Mixed use building with multiple accessory uses

If in addition to the mixed use building’s predominant use there is a small area that is of a different use, that can be considered an accessory use, and it does not need to be taken into account when determining the building’s overall height / area.

Is there a limit on the number of accessory uses permitted in a mixed use project?

Say you had a residential sky scraper with five or ten very small areas of non-residential use - like a small restaurant, a small theater, a small fitness center, etc..

What are the outer boundaries on this kind of condition?

@coachjoeyandrada @coachfaithbroussard any ideas?

Accessory occupancies are limited to 10% of the floor they are on. So you could have 2 spaces that are 5% each, 5 that are 2% each, 1 that is 4%, one that is 5%, and 1 that is 1% etc.
