Mock Up Exam PDFs won't show up

This is urgent and I need help. I was taking mock exam of CE and all pdf content in case study and reference is not showing up with error information: The API version “3.11.174” does not match the Worker version “3.4.120”.

I changed to another browser and device and it still does’t work. How should I fix this?
