My guess is that the answer seems to account for the case of IPD… not the BIM project delivery.
In fact, even with BIM, I think CDs take much more time than DD.
Any thoughts?
Personally, I see this totally wrong. Schematic Design should be at 40% DD at 25% CDs at 15% and CA at 20%. It takes more time to set up the model and introduce all of the information than schematic design as well as CDs basically are already set up just modifications.
