I totally got the opposite answers- what am I not understanding?
Is the question not asking what IS DONE for the closeout? the correct answers would be after the project is done and closed. I don’t get the nuance.
@sevanb Excellent question - I was actually scratching my head on this one as well! Note that the question indicates that the construction contract has been closed out and then proceeds to ask what activities are part of the architect’s project closeout.
The answers you selected all occur during construction closeout, not the architect’s closeout. Questions like these can be tricky because of the overlap in terminology, so it’s crucial to read questions carefully. Try using the highlighter tool to identify key phrases so that you can easily see what a question is asking and be sure to cross-check that with the answer choices.
