Hi All- for anyone who was in the PjM workshop today, I said I’d follow up on the dashed lines in the CM as Advisor diagram, and what an “advisor” can do in terms of interfacing with contractors.The AIA link ( https://acdoperations.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500009275822/#cma) I think explains this well, with this diagram:

where I’ve highlighted in yellow the issue we were discussing. As I mentioned, I’d always read the C132 to see exactly how the advisor is contractually allowed to interface with contractors.
