Which format to issue revisions to uncordinated contract documents found after start of construction phase?

The answer is Bulletin. I was under the impression that the correct answer would be a Modification based on PCM and PJM material. Is there a dofference?

Hi @william,

Thanks for your question. Can you please let me know where you are seeing this question - was it a quiz or practice exam, and what form #? If you could also provide me with the 5-digit code on the lower right corner of your screen when on the question, that would be very helpful.

There may be some additional context presented in the question/scenario that is being used to determine the answer here.

Please be sure not to post any screenshots of paid content here.

Thanks!

Hello @kiaragalicinao,

This is a question from the Form 3 Practice Exam, 5 digit code 57822

Thanks @william! There are many terms that could be used to describe a change to the drawings after construction starts. See the specified reference: The Architect’s Handbook of Professional Practice, definition for ‘Proposal request’:

A document issued by the architect to the contractor after contract award that may include drawings and other information used to solicit a proposal for a change in the work; sometimes called a “request for a change” or “bulletin.”

Modification’ was not listed as an answer choice here and while you certainly could consider this literally as a modification, you must select the most correct answer of the choices provided.
